PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

In conjunction with typical inverse time curve.
Phase loss:
Circuit trips within 3sec when there is a loss of phase of more than 70%.
Note:
In 2CT relays, protection is only offered in 2 phases.
Locked rotor:
In conjunction with typical inverse time curve.
Phase unbalance:
Within 5sec for a loss of phase of more than 50%.
Phase inversion:
Within 1sec.
